Your query is short on details. I am not able to understand what is in your mind and what is it that you want to ask because details of engineering mean what? Of, let me explain what I understood. Basically you need to pass 12th standard with PCM to be eligible for admission in an engineering college. For admission in IIT you need to score minimum 75%. Normally, every state conducts its own entrance exam for admission to engineering colleges and for admission in CFTI's you need to clear JEE Mains and for IIT's, JEE Advanced. It is indeed very nice to know that you have scored 90% in your Diploma. My advice to you will be that to select mechanical engineering for your graduation. Low fees will be available only in Government Engineering Colleges and hence if other students have scored less than you in Diploma then you will have good chances of admission. So my advice will be to wait for the admission process to begin for next year and with positive attitude hope that you will get your desired college. Best wishes.
