The best countries to do Masters in mechanical engineering in Europe are United Kingdom, Germany, France and then comes the number of Italy or the Netherlands and some more countries. In some of these countries, the medium of instruction is English which is a better choice for Indian students as they have studied in English only, but in Germany or some more countries you need to learn German first or that countries language first and then only you will be able to continue for your Master's degree. In this case, I would like to advise you to approach an agency dealing with sending students abroad for Master's degree as these

It is worth, it is a growing industry in many parts of the world. With a degree from France you can find jobs not only in France but also other parts of Europe and the world. Indian MS applicants are also eligible for a business visa allowing them to stay and work for 5-6 years. France is one of the few countries offering good stay back options to Indian students. The average salary is around Euro 66,800 per year for a supply chain manager in France. Check schools with industry connections, internship opportunities, strong student support cell, etc.

But if I would suggest, I will tell you take up Operations as Engineers benefit from this domain in MBA.
I would prefer Operations over HR. But, then again you have the freedom to choose your own depending upon your interest.

Need to give GRE exam.
It is not mandatory but would be recommended if you clear at least the first level, if German proficiency language test.
German universities are purely academic based university, you need to have an excellent score above 65 percent.
