Dear Ajay, M.Tech cannot be in a broader field, it is a specialization. If you have interest in Aerospace, then go for M.Tech in Thermal or Design engineering. As for the choice of college, there are many reputed private universities VIT, SRM, LPU, etc. Offering it. They have their different criteria for admissions. In order to seek admission in DIT University for B.Tech, one should have minimum 60% marks in X standard & aggregate 60% marks in XII standard and minimum 60% in Physics Chemistry Maths English/Physics Maths Bio English/Physics Maths English Computer.
