You should go with
MBA in engineering
MBA in marketing
MBA in IT
MBA in HR
You can go with anyone of above course
But, I would suggest you MBA with marketing, because you are from mechanical and you know about how companies sell your products like cars etc. So, marketing is best for you. All the best.

Without clearing your backlogs, you won't be able to go to Germany for mechanical engineering, hence clear your backlogs first and then opt for Germany.

Yes, you can apply for Bachelors degree. You must take the SAT or the ACT to be eligible to apply to US universities. You must also take the TOEFL to meet the English language requirements.

Hello Sonu,
Lots of mechanical engineers nowadays are inclined towards IT sectors jobs due to less availability of core mechanical jobs. Well, to be frank, mechanical engineers have nothing to do with the IT field, so choose IT sector jobs only if you don't have any job in hand.
