I am sorry to say but 12th certificate is very important in getting the admissions. You can probably write the exam again and get the qualifying certificate.

There are few universities where you can get admission in M.Tech CSE with any graduation degree in engineering. But you will have to do exceptionally will in GATE exam. Look for IITG as an option.

Hello Shubham, admissions in Thakur College are through CAP of DTE, Government of Maharashtra. It's still many more months away. Registrations for MHT CET are still open.
