Hi Johnson George,
The procedure is online but before applying, you must check the admission requirements of different universities. You must have good academic grades and must take the IELTS. Check here:

GRE is to be taken if you desire to pursue your Masters in the USA. You can take the GRE , to help you prepare for the exam you may refer to its official website https://www.ets.org/gre and access the wide variety of practice tests, downloadable materials etc. A practice test before starting the actual preparation is recommended, this will help you understand your weakness and strengths. Regular practice tests thereafter will help you check your progress. Around 3-5 months is ideally required, you may create your study routine as per your convenience and stick to it. Time management is the key.

The full grant will rely on the college and your profile, however, your evaluations are great and you have work encounter they are by all account not the only factors to decide your grant status. The general profile will be assessed which will incorporate your extracurricular exercises, venture work, suggestion letters and so forth. You may check colleges in USA since they are liberal while giving grants in spite of the fact that you haven't said your nation decision.
