Diploma courses in India are basically skill imparting courses and the have very less academic importance. Some states have given them equivalence of 12th. So when you dream of going to Canada, you should be seeking admission in an undergraduate course. There are almost limitless combinations that you can choose from.

The first step towards deciding what MBA stream to pursue is to take into account your past career experiences and make a well thought-out decision about your future career goals. The mixture of your past work experiences with future graduate degree will lead you toward achieving your objective. Without a career objective you cant determine which pathway is optimal to achieve your goals.

It's very nice to see your dreams. You must dream & dream big. However, PG in engineering is possible only after you have a degree. A Diploma is not equivalent to a degree. So just complete your degree and don't forget your dreams.

Many colleges offer students to shift or change branch within college if the intended branch has vacancies. It's next to impossible to change college. Perhaps if another belongs to the same institution then you have some chance.

It's actually very simple. After you finish your MBA in your desired field, you seek jobs only in aviation related companies. I am sure you would get one if you have dream. Never let the dream die.

I am afraid that you may not be eligible for this. Normally, all states have reserved lateral entries to the students of their state only. I only hope at least in future, a student in any corner of India would be eligible to seek admission in college anywhere in India.

You indeed have scored quite handsomely in your class 12th exam. But to get admission in any engineering college, you will need to appear for and pass some or the other entrance exam.
The fees for mechanical engineering could vary from about Rs.1L to Rs. 4 L per year.
