It's okay to realise what one likes and make adjustments. However, you can join non engineering graduation only if you have done 12th. Of course, if your state has recognised Diploma as equivalent to 12th then also it's okay. Your present college can confirm this. I would strongly advise you to take up that course in which you have passion.

New Zealand is a beautiful country. English speaking too. You can surely attempt to seek admission there. But unfortunately it's a very small country and hence employment opportunities are very limited.
