Hello Satyam,
Sorry to say but the placements of mechanical engineering in every college in India is on slight downfall so you have to work very hard to get placed in good companies. RIET is a good college and every facility you are seeking is available there. The average package of RIET is around 3.5 LPA.

You may give it a try, but on the basis of this rank, you might not get mechanical in its main campus for sure. But there is management quota in SRM. That is the only way to get there.
