Now you should decide which branch you want to pursue. If you are interested in civil then you should surely go for IITD. If interested in metallurgical branch, then go for IITB and if still wants to do mechanical, go for Roorkee.

Your JEE marks are just 40. At this stage, you will not get any good govt. college. So, better to try for any private college with direct admission.

I would advise that what is good for today may not be same after four years and vice versa. But this college has good name in academic fraternity and I feel you should take admission here if you are getting it.

There are so many Engineering colleges in Maharashtra and Pune that it's difficult to keep track. If the college has undergone NAC audit then perhaps one can compare different colleges. This you can find from website quite easily.
