No doubt both Universities are good. But regarding all other as suggested above, I am not agree. I have crossed over one and highly impressed as i find it as trying to follow & compete with JAYPEE university & Galgotias univesity in terms of (a) Implementation of modern educational concepts & associated internationally renowned faculty from IITs & abroad (b) global connectivity by signing MOUs with many renowned technical universities/institutions of USA, UK, RUSSIA & Thailand etc (c) Flexibilities for choosing additional courses over RTU, Kota, Faculty Members, Class, Class timing & peers groups of learning. You have to crack entrance examinations for getting admission in foreign university which is TOEFL conducted by UGC in our country every year. According to merit in TOEFL, you'll get admission in Canada.

They provide a good framework of subjects and curriculum but the students and the management sucks a lot here. They have well to do labs, Average exposure and better placements. Go for it if it's the last option.

For Post Graduate engineering programs, a student should have a good Bachelor's degree in the relevant field of further study and the score of GRE/GATE is considered for Admissions. GATE is preferred more than GRE.
Candidates who have graduated from Indian universities may submit GATE scores instead.
Candidates should have a minimum GRE score of 320 (verbal & quantitative) and 3.5 (analytical), or a GMAT score of 650 and above. The minimum TOEFL scores for Internet Based Test (IBT) is 90; or IELTS score of 6.0. GRE and TOEFL scores will be valid for 5 years and 2 years respectively.

You have scored decent marks in both MH-CET and 10+2 so you will definitely get mechanical or chemical engineering as you desire to get admission in a good engineering college.
