Hi Darshan,
To study in Germany, you must be highly academic and have excellent grades in addition to demonstration of research work, strong SOP and LORs etc. Scholarships are given on merit by the universities so if you have a strong profile you may have a chance. It is best you DAAD website, visit the local centre as well for all information regarding studying in Germany. Check:

It depends on the college in which you are taking admission. In some colleges mechanical has better placement but in some electrical has better.

Dear,
I would like to correct the information and correct fee is Rs.1,23,500 per semester and there will 2 semesters every year. The fee structure will be increased 5% approx. every year.
