With just 80 in MH CET, I feel you have less chances in DY Patil College. Though it is very likely, that you will definitely get admission in some college.

All these courses have a good scope. All that matters is your interest. Yes, CS has a very good placement history in every college. But if you are technically equipped in other branches as well, you can get a similar good package. So, go for a branch of your interest and learn as much as possible.

If you want to pursue your Masters abroad and that too in English speaking country then you can do so in US, Canada, Australia, England,etc. I think other countries may have but you should restrict to these four only.
