A PG diploma course from a recognized university or affiliated college can be done by only a graduate and since you are a diploma holder and not a degree holder,you are not eligible for any PG Diploma. It is advisable to do either a BE through lateral entry or any other graduation program

Please check opening and closing ranks of CBIT, you will get a good idea.

Kindly apply for admission in the institution which are you looking for doing aerospace engineering and apply in the particular Institute for B.Tech lateral entry. Only some institutes are giving admissions in aerospace engineering if done mechanical engineering.

Your chances are less for getting admission in M. J. College for mechanical engineering in this rank. But still apply for it if by chance you get admission in it.

Government College of Raipur is good for doing B.Tech in mechanical engineering in every term like training, education and placement.

The admission in any of the IITs is strictly based on the rank secured in JEE advanced examination. If your rank is good, then you can get mechanical engineering at IIT Delhi. If you have not given the JEE Mains and Advanced then you cannot get admission.

For admission to different courses offered by polytechnics, you will have to appear for an entrance exam conducted by state govt. Based on merit, you will get the college.
