Yes, it is possible to join B.Sc. Agriculture after completing Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. However, you may have to complete a bridge course or a preparatory course before joining B.Sc. Agriculture. The eligibility criteria for admission to B.Sc. Agriculture may vary depending on the university or college you are applying to. Generally, candidates who have completed their 10+2 education with Physics Chemistry and Biology as compulsory subjects are eligible for admission to B.Sc. Agriculture. I hope this helps!

The tuition fee for MS in Mechanical Engineering in Germany ranges up to 17,000 EUR per year (15.08 Lacs INR)
Yes, it is cheaper to study in Germany compared to USA because public universities in USA have no tuition fees and even at private universities the fees are much lower compared to US universities. Moreover, the cost of living in Germany vs USA is also much cheaper.

The ranking required to secure admission in mechanical engineering through KCET (Karnataka Common Entrance Test) varies depending on the college and the category of the candidate. However, generally speaking, a rank below 10,000 can be considered a good rank for admission into mechanical engineering in a reputed college in Karnataka.
As for the fees structure, it also varies depending on the college. However, for the academic year 2021-22, the fees for mechanical engineering in government colleges in Karnataka was around Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 35,000 per year, while for private colleges, it can range from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 2,50,000 per year.
