There are several government colleges in Goa that offer B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering programs. Some of the government colleges in Goa offering B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering are:

See, Firstly you need to Understand that MIT-WPU Now-a state private deemed university. So, the procedure is kinda different from others (As far as Ive Experienced). Firstly, this means that They do not participate into CAP rounds now.
Secondly, to apply you need to go to their website and apply under the option. You would be asked to enter your CET and JEE Mains marks and if JEE and MHT-CET is considered you have to score atleast 90-95 percentile above to get into it, then only you can expect top Branches.
