See, Firstly you need to Understand that MIT-WPU Now-a state private deemed university. So, the procedure is kinda different from others (As far as Ive Experienced). Firstly, this means that They do not participate into CAP rounds now.
Secondly, to apply you need to go to their website and apply under the option. You would be asked to enter your CET and JEE Mains marks and if JEE and MHT-CET is considered you have to score atleast 90-95 percentile above to get into it, then only you can expect top Branches. After the registration closes,they will release the Merit list. You will then be called as per your merit number serially for seat

Yes. Of course you can get the admission in Robotics Engineering after completing your Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. To secure an admission in B.Tech Robotics Engineering, the candidate must complete Class 10+2 from Science stream which is the basic eligibility criteria for pursuing this course. Admissions to top state universities and national universities are done on the basis of entrance exams.

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is not offered through the distance education mode as the honorable supreme court has declined the approval of any engineering degree from the distance education mode. AICTE and UGC clearly confirmed that B.Tech Distance is not a valid course. Universities of India are not approved to run such courses in their college academics. Instead, there are many universities in India are fooling students on the name of Engineering education.

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering through distance education is declared invalid by the Supreme Court and AICTE in India. So you cannot do it through distance learning mode. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is not offered through the distance education mode as the honorable supreme court has declined the approval of any engineering degree from the distance education mode.

Yes. Of course you can pursue Masters in Mechanical Engineering after completing Bachelor's in Mechatronics. The duration of Masters in Mechanical Engineering is 2 years. Applicants who wants to pursue Masters in Mechanical Engineering programs must have completed a Bachelor's degree with a major in Engineering or a closely related field. Yes, of course you can pursue Criminology. You will need a good undergraduate degree to study a Masters in Criminology. Some universities will require or state that they prefer graduates from the social sciences (such as psychology or sociology) but many will accept students with a degree in any discipline. For getting admission in criminology. You have no restriction whether you are from Science, commerce or humanities. It is open for all.
