For TU mechanical you need a score of 150 in jee.
While if you have advantage of categories then then a score of 120 can also get into thapar

Hi Sourbh, differs as per qualification and which country you want to work in. If you are planning to work in Germany, average salary is around the average pay for a mechanical Engineer is €40,000 per year. This might be less if for most fresher UG level jobs. Hope it helps.
