You can choose any branch according to your interest. If you talk about scope then CSE and mechanical have a good scope. So, choose accordingly.

Eligibility//Graduate from a recognized university. * Scope for Mechatronics Engineering in India Though, there is no specific data to track employment for mechatronics professionals, in the recent years there has been increasing demand for mechatronics professionals. About 5% growth in terms of employment in comparison to electrical engineers. Thank you.

Both courses are equally good, and both have huge scope further. But, I think mechatronics is a course, which will be required by all the branches and naval ones are limited to only marine field. Also, mechatronics combines AI and robotics, which will be the most relied fields in future.

Yes, you can definitely pursue B.Tech in Mechatronics engineering abroad especially Germany. However, the seats for overseas students is less and there are huge number of applicants. Hence, you need to give your best to get selected by German Institutes. You need to score very good marks in the following entrance exams -
- SAT
For details of SAT Click here. - IELTS
For details of IELTS Click here. After that you need to make a strong resume and statement of purpose and apply online in the German institutes. On getting selected, you need to confirm the admission and apply for student VISA. Hope it helps.
