VIT Vellore M. Tech. in Mechatronics Engineering admission is based on entry requirements - 60.0% in graduation.
Candidates should have graduated with a full-time degree from any recognized University/Institute with a minimum aggregate of 60% or First class for M.Tech. degree programmes. Candidates appearing for their final degree exam / final semester exam in the current year are also eligible to apply.

The cutoff for B.Tech in Mechatronics Engineering at SASTRA University is based on two main factors:
1. 50% of seats -are filled through a combination of JEE Main scores and Class 12 marks, with both having equal weightage.
2. The other 50%-are filled based solely on Class 12 marks.
There’s no fixed cutoff since it Vary every year depends upon the number of applicants and their performance. However, for competitive branches like Mechatronics, you generally need strong scores in both JEE Main and Class 12.
