No, they will only take admission through NEET, no other examination will be held. Previously, they use to conduct their own entrance exams, like JIPMER and AIIMS, but now only possible way to get admission is through NEET. Hope it helps.

Opt for the course that you love the most and are most passionate about and analyze the future work conditions, scope and growth prospects before taking admission
You can also opt for psychometric test comprising of Aptitude, personality and career interest to clear confusion
Medical and engineering are two very different field, please select very carefully.

No, NEET syllabus is mostly based on CBSE plus two syllabus prepared by NCERT. There is a huge difference between CBSE and State Boards Syllabus with regard to three main subjects-Physics, Biology and Chemistry. Andhra Pradesh students will have to put extra efforts to cover the vast syllabus apart from concentrating on regular intermediate examinations. For instance, in Physics, NEET syllabus covers extra topics such as Kepler's Laws, Kinetic Theory of Gases, Variable Force, Optics and the chapter of Electrostatics. In Chemistry also, the difference is clear with regard to a number of topics. Biology is another major area where Andhra

Hello Neha,
See, to get an MBBS seat in a medical college through NEET a lot of things will be considered:
Are you comfortable with any government college?
What is your domicile state, because cut-off vary a lot based upon your home state?
How have OBC students performed in your state and overall?
However, under 15% All INDIA Quota, the last cut-off rank in which OBC category student got admission is approx. 8300 that too in the 2nd round of counselling.
For every state, the cut-off will vary.
Good luck.

Yes, you can do BPT. You don't need to appear for NEET to do BPT course. You can directly get admission in private medical colleges.
All the best.

I have no idea about cut-off rank but By 50th percentile, it means that your marks in NEET 2018 should be such that your marks come in top 50% of the candidates who will appear for NEET 2018. Similarly, 40th percentile will mean that you should score such that you come in top 40% of the candidates who will appear for NEET 2018. It is difficult to give exact marks which you must aim in NEET 2018 in order to qualify/pass the exam, since a lot will depend upon preparatory levels of other candidates, number of aspirants, etc. But, you may get a rough idea of the same from previous year NEET cutoff data. In 2018, the equivalent score of 50
