For ESIC Medical Colleges through ESIC quota you need a rank of around 97000 to get admission in Medical college under General category. This is based upon NEET 2017 rank. However, for BDS, it's around Rank 130000 under General category. This year, it may change. However, the cut-off marks changes for various state quota seats in ESIC College.

For admission in government medical colleges in Karnataka, the cut-off for all the colleges was more than 565 marks for the general category under 15% All India quota. Considering your marks, you do not seem to have many chances for a government college in Karnataka. Best of luck.
