All admissions are only on the basis of merit, taken overall, in an entrance examination, other tests and interviews. All candidates from India or abroad with qualifications other than the 'Plus Two Examination of Higher Secondary Board' of Tamil Nadu State should obtain an Eligibility Certificate from the Tamil Nadu.

In-service quota applies to individuals who have volunteered for service in tribal and rural areas for a minimum of 5 years. The main reason of introducing the in-service quota was because, candidate were not able to work and at the same time update their knowledge and compete with other general merit candidates.
50% of government reservation was for government doctors who are in government service.

The fees for management seat students are above 1 LPA and for council, students are less than 1 LPA. In our course, JIPMER and AIIMS are the top, but these are government courses. 50 students from the council were able to get an internship in our courses CHO, NSG, and SUPRIMDENTENT.
