No you cannot get any government seats for MBBS with this score because 393 in need score is very less for government colleges to take admission but you can try in private colleges for your MBBS course.

The cut off at Atreya Ayurveda Medical college and hospital for BAMS Were as follows
For UR/EWS candidates cutoff percentage is 50% and cutoff score is 117.
For OBC/SC/ST Category candidates the cutoff percentage is 40% and cutoff score is 93.
For UR/EWS & PH candidates the cutoff percentage is 45% and cutoff score is 105.

Jagannath University Jaipur takes addmissions through this CET exam it is conducted by the University . May or June month in every year
CET -100 marks
Persnal interview -30 marks
20 marks for past academic record
If you are get 60% in your CET then after you are eligible for the addmission in university

You have scored very less so it will be difficult for you to get admission into any government medical colleges. You can try for MBBS in private college.
