To get admission at AIIMS Rishikesh for a BSc Respiratory Therapy, the process is as follows:
1.You will be required to meet minimum eligibility criteria.
The criteria are:
(a) Indian nationality
(b) Age: You must be at least 17 years old by December of the year you apply.
(c) Qualification: You need to have passed the 12th standard with at least a 50% aggregate in English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
2. If you meet this criteria, then you will have to appear in the AIIMS paramedical exam.
3. This is an online exam, which is usually conducted in June.

Ayush Paramedical Institute, Udaipur, offers the Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology. This diploma course is offered by the Paramedical Council of Rajasthan at the institute.
According to the official website, admission to this course is based on scores in Class 12.
You need to have at least 45% aggregate in 12th grade. Also, you need to have biology or mathematics as a subject to be eligible to apply.
Since there are only 50 seats available, you need to have a decent score in class 12 to get shortlisted.

Each of these regions has certain seats available for other regions' candidates, too. Therefore, if you are from the AU region, you can also fill in your college preference for non-AU region medical colleges. This also holds true for domiciles in other regions. It's just that you'll have a better chance of getting into college in your home region.
