It will not be based on percentile. The seat will be allotted based on rank so, please go through the counseling process and cut off marks.

Once go through college website (or) contact college for knowing the entrance exam and cut off for that course and also fee structure you will full information.

The cut-off is around 550 for the gen category, it will be less for other category people.

It is around 1000-2000 rank in NEET, I think it is also having a low chance may be less than 1000 rank because having high competition.
