Yes, with a NEET score of 624, you have a good chance of getting into IPGMER and SSKM Hospital (WB) in the second round. However, you have better chances to get admission in the mop-up round under state quota. For the EWS category, the final score-wise cutoff was around 610 in the previous year at this college for 85% state quota. As for your state rank, well, that would be decided by the Department of Health and Family Welfare of West Bengal. Your state's ranking could not be predicted accurately here because it will determined by dept. On the basis of the number of qualified students in the state and their comparative NEET scores. Yo

Since you are from Telangana state, you will be treated as a General category candidate in NEET PG counseling in Karnataka state, irrespective of your OBC category. According to the latest eligibility norms, you need to have Karnataka as your domicile state to be qualified for the home state quota where category-based relaxations are provided. You may apply under the HKR quota if you belong to certain districts of the Hyderabad-Karnataka region, where an 8% quota is provided if you have a HKR Certificate. Otherwise, you must apply as an outside candidate for Karnataka NEET PG counseling in the open category.

The chance of securing a seat in a government college is with students who score more than 450 marks. For top medical colleges in India, NEET rank 5000 is recommended. So, students who are expecting more than 635 marks can expect to get a seat in a top medical college. It can be very difficult for students who get less tha 400 marks to get admission in a government medical college. However, a seat in dental colleges may be an option for them.

All BHMS colleges in Maharashtra are private now. So expect atleast 1.2 Lacs per annum fees in almost all colleges. Still I think virar and other medical college in Pune is less costly. However cmphmc in andheri is best for knowledge and experience.

Yes, you have some chance of getting admission at King George's Medical University, Lucknow, with 630 marks in NEET if your rank is under 18,000 (EWS). However, for which course you will get admission will also depend on your NEET rank. For instance, provided your rank is under 1,712 for the EWS category, you can get an MBBS seat, and if your rank is under 18,198, you will get a BDS seat. Similarly, you may get admission to the SN Medical College of Agra if your rank is under 10,000, depending upon previous year's trends.
