Hello,
There are two ways to enrol in Pharm.D course. The first way is after completing class 12th Science. It is a 5+1/2 years programme after completing 12th science. The second way to enrol in this course is after completing B.Pharma.

I think the score is a little low. Plus, physiotherapy is also not included in NEET. As per my knowledge, you need to give a separate entrance or apply for it separately in the college of your choice.
