Try to know the basics and clear the basics from 10th to 12th of all PCB. Once you know the basics you will have a good backbone of the subject then go through some references and guides. After completing this you can solve some sample papers of AIIMS. This should be enough only if u really give your 100% otherwise forget cracking the entrance.
