You can pursue various courses through distance education. But, would you be able to study for both? What if the exam dates collide? There is no law that is stopping you from pursuing both the courses through open mode. But, it is a question of practicality. You can do MBA later too without any consequences.

Once the seat leaving bond is signed by you then if you leave that course, you will be fined and a penalty (generally the whole course fee) is to be paid. Before signing up for a seat leaving bond, you can leave any seat but no transfer of fee will be there. Your documents will be submitted to the college (all original documents) so if you wish to go for another counselling round for any other course, you won't be able to get a seat as you will not have any of your documents for verification and when you will be enquired about the documents, you will have to speak the truth. Hello,
There are various parameters to shortlist the universities in any country. It would depend a lot on your academic profile, IELTS/TOEFL scores. Moreover, both USA and canada university accepts 16 years of education. You can have a pathway programme in Canada and them apply for Masters course in radiology.

No, actually class 12th marks do not play any role in NEET, you have to qualify NEET and secure a minimum of 55%.
