No it is not possible, physiotherapy course is offered after science and may be your age could also play role in the admission process.

No, you cannot do Ph.D after Bachelors. You have to complete Masters and then you can do Ph.D. No college provides Ph.D after Bachelors.

Yes. Science is mandatory in 12th with 50% marks.
Mandatory Subjects in 12th: Chemistry, Physics, English, Biology / Biotech/ Health Care Sciences
The aggregate percentage must be in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Biotechnology/Health Care Sciences, taken together and also in aggregate.
Age: Minimum 17 years | Maximum 27 years

Hello, it is not possible. The validity of NEET scores is remains for one year only. Hence, you could not get admission in any medical college.
