287 is not a very high score for above courses. Chances are very less You should get atleast 340+ to get any government college so work hard now and try next time. Good luck.

If one does not wish to continue in the technical field of medical, then pursuing hospital administration is the best option. You can certainly work with private hospitals and clinic chains.

Aah, you have brought in a very interesting subject, sychology and psychiatry. Former is arts or Science sub whereas latter is in medical realm. There is of course a relationship but it's etheral. Psychologists analyse psyche of a person and recommend some behavioral changes. On the other hand psychiatrists treat one's brain by giving meds.
