Going for a Master is well suited in both the cases like self practice as well as getting placed in hospitals or government. Organizations. The Minimum Eligibility to Apply is as below:
Mandatory Course :
B.Sc.( Biotechnology, Medical Laboratory Technology, Zoology)
Candidate must have passed in Biology / Botany /Zoology as an ancillary subject in graduation.
Candidate who have passed graduation in Physiology as the main subject are also eligible to apply.
JIPMER Common Entrance Exam : 50 Percentile
Since, B.Sc Nursing is not listed as a part of it, you can get in touch with the University to verify if you are eligible to apply for M.Sc. in Medical Physiology

In my opinion, you shouldn't take admission in D.Pharmacy. Otherwise, you have to take admission in B.Pharmacy.
