Instead of government, I believe that you must try with privately or jointly run medical colleges. Though the privately run colleges have quite a high fee, starting from 4 lacs P.A (tuition fees) in a common scenario. Though chances are a bit slim and you will get quite expensive fee structure colleges.

Take my suggestion that you try harder next year.

There are good chances under All India Quota. Either way, I congratulate you.

MBBS is for the Allopathic Western medicine. it does not have something called "Alternative medicine" at least in India.

Check the past year cutoff scores for the respective colleges under All India quota.

A lot of scholarships are there by governments or by other organisations. At government level too, there is at state and central level. Central one includes the prestigious Ishan Uday scholarship.
