Instead of government, I believe that you must try with privately or Jointly run medical Colleges. Though the privately run colleges have quite high fees, starting from 4 lakhs p.a (Tuition fees) in a common scenario. You must check with some college predictor sites to have an estimated idea. Do the homework of which college may suit you with your budget.

COMEDK medical entrance is not taken anymore, now it is merged under NEET all the colleges offer admission on basis of NEET only.
