Hello Dear,
With 340, you have less chances for MBBS or BDS in government medical colleges. For government the expected cutoff is around 500. But, you may expect a good private college depending on your street.

CMC is coming under a national eligibility test. They used to conduct their own entrance before that. For general category the score goes as high as 600/720. In OBC category you may expect around 550.

Diploma in Psychotherapy (DPSYT) is available in "College of Allied Educators". You can also do a Diploma in Psychotherapy from the School of Positive Psychology. And if you want to do Diploma in Physiotherapy (D. P. T), RIMT University offers the best opportunity in this field. http://rimt.ac.in/diploma-in-physiotherapy-d-p-t.php.

NEET score is the only criteria for admission into MBBS courses. Your internal examination marks are only for qualifying purpose.

Definitely you can. Completing MBBS from AFMC doesn't mean, you are bound to work with the forces. You can practice privately also. MBBS from AFMC or any other recognised institutions have same value.
