And the fee structure will be different for different colleges. There are so many colleges offering this course. You can do research about the college, as you have fixed a course.

Required Qualification-
The Minimum Eligibility to Apply is as below:
Mandatory Course :
B.Sc.( Biotechnology, Medical Laboratory Technology, Zoology)
Candidate must have passed in Biology / Botany /Zoology as an ancillary subject in graduation.
Candidate who have passed graduation in Physiology as the main subject are also eligible to apply.
JIPMER Common Entrance Exam : 50 Percentile
Since, B.Sc Nursing is not listed as a part of it, you can get in touch with the University to verify if you are eligible to apply for M.Sc. in Medical Physiology

In my opinion, you shouldn't take admission in D.Pharmacy. Otherwise, you have to take admission in B.Pharmacy.

Candidate must be in good mental and physical health and free from any deficiency likely to interfere with the efficient performance of duties.
Color blindness is not permitted and Distance vision must be unaided 0.5 (6/12) in each eye or 0.67 (6/9) in better eye and 0.33 (6/18) in other eye.
