Many companies visited the college and recruited many students. The college is run by Utthan, which is an NGO. Many companies like Maple Construction and Jindal Panther visited the college. Basically, civil branch is known for its discipline. Almost 50% of the students get recruited from our college. The college is good and ranked 16th position in AKTU, and 1st in Allahabad by UPTU (AKTU). It has many cultural events, and the main is techfest which is conducted for 3 days. Kavi Sammelan is also held during the fest, and the last day is celebrity night, in which famous Bollywood rapper, Badshah and female singer, Aashta Gill came to perform. This year, famous singer and music composer Amaal Malik came and performed a live concert which was very interesting. The cultural events are conducted for students and local people. The very main thing that late former president, APJ Abdul Kalam came here and inaugurated the college. He gave a speech and saw the Jetropa farm run by Utthan.
