MBBS is for the Allopathic Western medicine. it does not have something called "Alternative medicine" at least in India.

Instead of government, I believe that you must try with privately or Jointly run medical Colleges. Though the privately run colleges have quite high fees, starting from 4 lakhs p.a (Tuition fees) in a common scenario. You must check with some college predictor sites to have an estimated idea. Do the homework of which college may suit you with your budget.
