MBBS is for the Allopathic Western medicine. it does not have something called "Alternative medicine" at least in India.

Check the past year cutoff scores for the respective colleges under All India quota.

A lot of scholarships are there by governments or by other organisations. At government level too, there is at state and central level. Central one includes the prestigious Ishan Uday scholarship.

I suggest, you try hard next time. I can't see any chances of you getting seat this year.

Instead of government, I believe that you must try with privately or Jointly run medical Colleges. Though the privately run colleges have quite high fees, starting from 4 lakhs p.a (Tuition fees) in a common scenario. You must check with some college predictor sites to have an estimated idea. Do the homework of which college may suit you with your budget.

It's among top 5 colleges. 441 marks may not fetch seat in such colleges as your chances look very slim.

Chances are bit slim, as of now even for your state quota. Try to check with some joint or privately run colleges.

Please check with the Directorate of Medical Education website in Kerala. Chances may be a bit slim for government medical colleges.
