Abroad is a very broad term, every country and every university has different programs, admission requirements, deadlines, fees etc. MS programs can be 1 or 2 years. You will need a first class percentage in your Bachelor's degree to be eligible. You must also take the IELTS or TOEFL to meet the English language requirements. Exams like GRE must also be taken. Better Field depends on your area of interest in the particular subject. If you are inclined towards science then science is a better field for you.
