It depends on the cut-off in Uttarakhand but as per my experience, it seems difficult.

Check which university provides you with the best education and then start preparing for it. One of the basic and important tests, you will have to take is language proficiency test.

There is nothing as best. The answer will depend on where you want to study medicine. Different countries have different criteria.

You may have to check if you can practise medicine in UK and if your certificates are valid in UK. If you wish then you can even study a year or two or more which will make it easy for you to establish a business and settle. But validation of any course that you have done is very important.
