I don't know anything about other colleges.

For medical shop you have to do D. pharmacy on basis of class 10th, then you will get a license to run your own medical store.

Physics - Chemistry - Biology (PCB) & English is important for students from India in class 12. In MBBS there is 20 marks math in CM and then there is statistics. Math officially is not compulsory. Regards.
