You should write appearing class 12th in NEET application form. Since the age criteria is also included, you may be asked about the difference in age and your 12th passing year. You may then mention about your re-appearance in 12th boards. On the other hand, you always have an option to confirm directly from the exam conducting committee.

There are no such books that can make you a topper. Toppers don't ask questions like these. The correct question will be- How much dedication you can show while studying for the NEET or Mains exam. Books can only help you in guiding you. Apart from that, the whole journey of your success depends upon your hard work alone.
The books that you have mentioned in the question are also very good books and you can go for the, as well.
Hope this could help.
All the best.

To pursue MBBS from the US, Indian students must have B.Sc. Degree or have to go for a Pre Medical programme to qualify to appear in the entrance exam known as MCAT (Medical Common Admission Test) and have a good score to apply to various Medical Universities. Admission is not guaranteed, as competition is stiff.
Government Universities give preference to their own citizens and do not admit International students for MBBS programme.
Private Universities do admit and set aside a small percentage of their annual seats for International students. Fees in these Universities are high. Regards.

MBBS in South America / Central America is possible in the budget of 40-60 Lacs but these are small islands in the Caribbean region and are not a part of USA. Regards.
