Hostel facilities at Singhania University (SU, Jhunjhunu) are good, and students from B.Sc in Medical Lab Technology (MLT) course are eligible to apply for hostel facilities. Total fees for hostel facility is around 25-60K per year.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Minimum age: 17 years
Candidate must have passed 10+2 Science stream with Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects, from a recognised board. Minimum aggregate marks required in PCB subjects- 50%. Minimum marks scored in Biology subject- 50%. Note: Minimum marks criteria may vary (usually around 50% marks).

MBBS has much broader scope as MBBS graduates are certified doctors, and if you have extensive knowledge of your subject, it is easy to find employment, whereas B.Sc. Graduates often have to study PG courses to land a high paying job. So, in my opinion MBBS has much broader scope. Regardless, I have listed down career scope for both avenues which should help you judge which is better.
