In USA, there is no MBBS as such, you have to take the SAT or ACT and apply to a Bachelor's degree. You can study in a medical school after you complete your Bachelors and by taking the MCAT. To study in UK, you have to take the UKCAT, and to study in Germany you have to take Abitur. Additionally, you have to take TOEFL or the IELTS. Scholarships are based on merit, so quite obviously you must have an excellent academic percentage and consistently good track record.

There are various exams for this like NIMHANS Entrance exam in Radiology, Bharath Scans Radiology Entrance exam, Madurai Kamraj University Entrance Exam for Radiography & Imaging Technology and the KLE University Radiography (Radio-Diagnosis) entrance exam. And top universities are:
