Hi Krina Patel,
Only by completing MS you won't be eligible for a PR. First you need to get a job and stay there for several years. You are advised to check the immigration website for details.

Find a suitable location.
Apply for a drug license.
And, while applying you have to submit one pharmacy certificate (it is not necessary, that it should be yours or the person you are hiring)
Usually, pharmacist gives their certificate for yearly basis and amount varies.
If at all, you clear that inspection then they will give you certificate to sell drugs.

Dear Friend,
Both Medical Field as well as Engineering Field have their own importance.
One cannot choose the Field based on the Pay scale.
In Medical Field, we need to study a minimum of 10 years. Normally after the Medical Course the Salary will be 55-65k/pm in the beginning (working in others Hospital). After gaining the Experience the income increases gradually. Also, it depends on your Graduation/Course type.
In Engineering Field, after completing the Course, we can expect 85k/pm at the beginning. Once again, it depends on your Graduation/Course type.
