Universities abroad offer scholarship on the merit basis, you can visit any university website but for medical studies, it's going to be very competitive. You can also check organizations like Aga Khan Foundation, Inlaks Shivadasani Scholarship, Commonwealth Scholarships, Erasmus Mindy's, etc.

B. Pharm is necessary for getting the Licence for chemist shop. You need to do B.Pharma which is a two year course and you may do it from any Govt approved University in your area which provides this education. For getting entry into B.Pharma you need to pass XIIth in the science stream. If you need to open the medical shop urgently then the other option is to open the shop in the name of some other person who is a B. Pharma and then when you complete your B.Pharma you can get it transferred in your name.
