With 302 marks, you may not get an admission in Govt. college be it for MBBS or BDS.There are few colleges which take admissions by charging huge amounts of donations. So if you are financially strong and interested in this stream then go for it. You can even take a year gap for NEET so that you can score more marks next year and get a Govt. college. If not then there are many other career options too.

Hello Rashi,
Yes, you are right. There are 5 parts of this book which is quite tough for student and NCERT book is also quite confusing for the average student so you can go for Pardeep Publication's books or GRB Publication books for NEET. These books are also quite good in these books there is Competition Corner topic after end of one topic this corner is really good for preparation. You must try this.
All the best!

Hello Rashi,
Firstly, if you study from NCERT books then sure you will score good but be honest with NCERT books as you have to study all the things.
Next, in the market there are many books for NEET preparation if you really want to prepare from another book then you can go for Arihant Books. This publication publishes three parts of chemistry separate IOC, OC and PC so you can go through this book.
Apart from this, you must purchase Fingertips of PCB By Arihant this book is really good for quick review. Her market price is approx 200 per subject.
All the best.

Hi Aiman,
You must have Biology in your XII grade, then you appear for the Common Entrance test, which would be NEET from now on. Clear that and you qualify for M.B.B.S., following which you appear for a PG entrance test. You clear that, you get to choose Psychiatry as you M.D. or Diploma post graduate course.
And Aiman, you are a Psychiatrist.
Tough road, but totally worth it, if you are very clear about your ambitions.
Good luck.

Hi Devika,
The cutoff varies every year according to the number of students applying for examination and number of seats available. It would be advisable that you get in touch with college authorities/official page directly for accurate cutoff.
