Dear Sarthak, as you belong to SC category, there are some chances to get seat, but not sure I think you should check in the NEET rank predictor.

Hi Sanket,
Russian Federation is home to some of the best medical universities in Europe.
Some of the leading ones are Russian National Medical University, Moscow, First Moscow State Medical University, Moscow, Dagestan State Medical University.

Hi Azhar,
For MBBS in Canada, the process is as follows:
2 to 3 years of pre medical program
MCAT entrance exam
If you score well in entrance exam then you might get the opportunity to study MBBS in Canada. It is extremely challenging and expensive.
For MBBS in Singapore, the selection is based on SAT score, TOEFL, and BMAT exam.
Again it is very competitive and expensive.
I suggest you can opt for esteemed Government Medical Universities in Russian Federation or Ukraine. They offer English medium of education, direct admission and are affordable.

Biotechnology is a newer field, but has limited jobs. B.Sc in nursing has wider options, though the salary package is low.
