Present Indian Govt has vowed to double farmers income. It's possible only after scientific practices are used. For this B Sc Agri will be the most convenient subject. With increase of cattle or other domesticated animals, more veterinarians will also be required.

Its very difficult to get admission into MBBS courses at this score. However, you can try for BDS in private dental colleges.

For admission into BAMS BHMS courses under OBC category, you need around 300 in NEET. Below this score, you may not get any government college.

Your score is very very low. So you have very less chance for admission into MBBS courses. However, you can try for private BDS.

Other than MBBS you can go for BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BVSC, B.Sc in biological science/ agriculture fishery/ medical science nursing/ pharmacy, biotechnology, etc.

yes you can do BDS after B.Sc. But you have to pay the normal fees that has been prescribed. There's no concession.
