MBBS after 12th is Indian concept not a US concept. India is much ahead in medical education and institute like AIIMS top in this then why USA? scholarship does not come easy in US even if you get you need to fund good amount of money from self contribution.
to get into medical education in the US you have to fulfil following
Undergraduate academic record (Bachelor degree),
Scores on the MCAT,
Letters of recommendation,
Extracurricular activities,
Personal qualities and
Commitment to medicine.
so after 12th you cannot pursue medical education there. you need to complete graduation of minimum 4 years duration with related field first and also 1 years experience post qualification. after that it takes 7 more years to complete a medical education in US which includes 4 years education and 3 years resident and fellowship before you start your practice in the US. So total.duration is 12 years compared to 5 1/2 years in India
the total cost for medical education in the US is USD 270000 to 300000 I.e. 2.1 crore Indian Rs approx. definitely you are not going to get full scholarship unless you are exceptionally well student and considering you are eligible after 4 years, the cost will further go up.

BAMS, of-course has the greater potential than BHMS. Ayurveda is getting an edge over allopathy etc.
When it comes to graduation in Ayurvedic medical Science, the students will be taught entire subjects that involve knowledge of this field, inclusive of modern Science. In this course, the study load for students will be more as compared to MBBS and BHMS.
In BHMS, students will learn only some areas of modern Science, while the other subjects will be mainly focusing on homeopathic medicines. When it comes to study load, it will be equal to MBBS or even slightly more as well. Here, it will be difficult for students to remember different medicines for different conditions as per homeopathic materia medica. Of course, with practice, they will find it easier.
ayurveda wins as it takes shorter healing time as compared to homeopathy. However, the time taken for providing cure to a particular condition will be more in ayurveda as compared to allopathic medicine. Homeopathy takes a longer time because different medicines will be experimented on a patient to find what actually the body needs and what works. When talking about healing time, one of these systems work for some conditions well as compared to other two.
Of course, the final consideration to make is which of these courses can provide the ideal self-satisfaction and recommended to accordingly make the choice.
