Hello Nihar Kathane,
NEET exam is only to get admission for MBBS and BDS courses. So, for veterinary science there is no need to write NEET exam.
The basic eligibility for this course is10+2 with subjects Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with a minimum of 50% in aggregate from CBSE/ICSE/State Board or equivalent. Students who have appeared in 10+2 or any other intermediate level examination and are awaiting results, can also apply for the program and can be admitted on a provisional basis.
Admission to most veterinary colleges is on the basis of results obtained in the entrance examination conducted by the concerned universities.

No. Pharmacy courses are comes under Paramedical, therefore, you can find the colleges running this course will be either affiliated to 'The Tamil Nadu Dr.MGR Medical University' or with some Deemed University.
