Hi Pawandeep,
You can choose from MS and PG Diploma courses. MS courses are very competitive and if you had a 3 year degree course, it is better you check PG Diploma courses. There are many courses, check this:

To pursue MBBS at an affordable cost you can look for universities in Russia, Ukraine and Philippines.
Russia can be a preferred as an option as it is home to government medical universities where tuition and hostel fee are quite less as compared to Indian private colleges.
