At first you should go through your NCERT books because for NEET maximum course is on the basis of NCERT. Then you may prefer some reference books like Universal for physics, CBH for chemistry and for biology NCERT is sufficient. You may also join crash courses or coaching for better preparation.

The basic eligibility for this course is 10+2 with subjects Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with a minimum of 50% in aggregate from CBSE/ICSE/State Board or equivalent. Students who have appeared in 10+2 or any other intermediate level examination and are awaiting results, can also apply for the program and can be admitted on a provisional basis. The candidates domiciled in State of Maharashtra who desires to take admission have to appear for MHT-CET Entrance Examination conducted by Directorate of Medical Education & Research, Mumbai and must obtain 50% marks (open category) and 40% marks (reserved category) in the said examination.

You can join MBBS course after doing any other course, the only thing that matters is that you crack your entrance exam. You need to give NEET exams.

Yes, you can, after your class 12th (PCMB).
Apply online or offline on the institute website.
Look for institutions like Amrita Institute Kochi, Agartala Government Medical College, and Aligarh Muslim University.

You can give preference to Russia as the government medical universities in Russia have more experience in imparting medical education. That said it is important to choose a good medical university as it makes a lot of difference where you study.
