You would have to check whether or not the Indian degree is acceptable in Germany or not. If you get into a course, maybe your prospects for a job would increase.

Nope, as per your 12th PCB score, you're not eligible for MBBS BDS entrance examinations. For appearing Medical Common entrance examination, you need to have at least 55% in 12th in PCB.

There are lots if other options apart from MBBS. Most preferred alternative of MBBS is BDS. Apart from this we have B.Sc Biological Science Nursing BAMS BHMS BVSC B.Sc Agriculture

AFMC entrance is the only gateway for admission into MBBS Courses of AFMC. There's no other option. You have to crack AFMC entrance anyhow.
